Hello! I'm back again, bringing you my morning and night skincare routine, my favourite pieces of jewellery from Mimco (my absolute favourite shop ever!) and a What is in my Bag! Hope you enjoy! BeautyOne thing that I think is so important is your skin. Taking care of your skin can sometimes be seen as a chore as it can involve many products and can be time consuming. 4 months and a whole heap of products later, I have found the perfect routine for my skin. Surprisingly, I didn't need any expensive products for this. I stuck to cheaper, lower end products and hardly ever "splurged" on skincare. I hope me sharing my products and routine may help somebody out there who just can't seem to find their products! AM 1. Wash face with Swisse Sweet Almond Cream Cleanser $9.95 This is the first thing I do in my morning skincare routine. I use the Swisse Sweet Almond Cream Cleanser. This cleanser contains with hazel and rice water and is excellent for dry skin. To wash my face, I use a damp, warm washcloth. 2. Apply Clearasil Daily Clear Vanishing Pimple Clearing Cream $9.99 Like most teenage girls, I do breakout. To help control the breakouts and get rid of spots faster, I really like the Clearasil Daily Clear Vanishing Pimple Cream. I just put a very light layer on any pimples and around my nose as that is my problem area. 3. Apply Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Daily Calming Facial Lotion $12.99 Next I apply my moisturiser! I like to use the Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Daily Calming Facial Lotion. I find this moisturising so calming and soothing on my face, and I'm pretty sure this is thanks to the fact that is contains chamomile and aloe vera. I just apply a thin layer so my makeup goes on a little bit smoother. 4. Apply Swisse Nourish Anti-Ageing Eye Cream $14.95 For the last step in my morning routine (before I put on makeup), I put on a thin layer of Swisse Nourish Anti - Ageing Eye Cream. This eye cream is so nourishing and actually helps temporarily lighten dark circles and redness thanks to the organ oil and caffeine. I do apply a pretty thin layer in the morning as it is quite thick and I find with a primer on top too, it can get a little heavy. But I have to say, a little bit really does go a long way. PM 1. Remove any makeup using Swisse Micellar Makeup Remover $10.95 To wash your face, its pretty essential to take off your makeup! Thanks to my sensitive skin, makeup removers can be a pretty risky product as they can often contain pretty harmful things. I have found an absolutely amazing makeup remover that is so gentle on the skin. This makeup remover is by Swisse (surprise!) and its the Micellar Make Up Remover. Its great at removing all types of makeup, including lipsticks, eyeliner and mascara. 2. Wash face using Swisse Bamboo Facial Exfoliant $9.95 Instead of using the Sweet Almond Cleanser like I do in the morning, I use the Swisse Bamboo Facial Exfoliant with myrrh oil to help dry skin. I find using a exfoliant at night really helps to keep my skin smooth and moisturised as my skin can get quite dry during the day thanks to the sun and wind. 3. Apply Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Daily Calming Facial Lotion $12.99 Just like in the morning, I apply my moisturiser next, except I apply a heavier layer all over my face. I apply a heavier layer at night so it can really soak in and moisturise while I sleep. 4. Apply Swisse Nourish Anti-Ageing Eye Cream $14.95 Again, just like in the morning, I apply eye cream again. Again, just like with the moisturiser, I apply a heavier layer. Pretty self explanatory! 5. Apply Papaw Ointment $5.99 This step isn't technically skin care, but since I've moisturised the rest of my face, I might as well moisturise my lips! To do this I use the Lucas' Papaw Ointment. It is an Australian made product and is so moisturising! Thats it for my AM and PM skincare routine! I know there was a lot of Swisse products included, but this is because I genuinely love them! They are such good quality, suitable for all skin types and are super affordable. FashionMy favourite accessory company is Mimco, an Australian based company that sells the most gorgeous bags, purses, shoes and jewellery. I have stated building up a bit of a collection of Mimco jewellery that I absolutely love! I thought I would share my favourite pieces with you! Mini Crystal Dome Stud - $39.95 I love how elegant these earrings are! They are so beautiful to wear with a glam outfit because they sparkle so beautifully! Take Two Heart Stud - $39.95 I love wearing these with just your simple white t-shirt and jeans outfit as they add chic to a comfortable, casual outfit. Mimco Earrings - Don't stock any more, but find similar: Mini Origami Wrist - $49.95 This is my favourite bracelet ever, hands down! Its so beautiful and goes with every outfit! LifestyleOne of my favourite things to watch/read is a What's In My Bag, so I have decided to put one together! It is pretty basic as I don't like to keep many things in my bag, just the essentials. Bag: Claudia Crossbody Bag from Colette $39.95 I love this bag! I received it as a gift for my birthday this year and I couldn't have picked a better one myself! The quality is great and the price is even better. So here is what is inside my bag! Purse: From Forever New, doesn't stock anymore. Find similar: Phone For me, this is pretty self explanatory! I keep my phone in my bag for emergency situations and to keep me entertained if I have a long car journey or things like that! You get it! Rose Gold Zip Clutch from Rubi Shoes (was for a charity fundraiser, find similar: This little gold zip purse serves so many purposes! I use it as a coin and phone purse when I'm popping out quickly, but I mostly use it to hold some things in my bag. Inside of this little purse, I keep my The Bath House Honey Citrus Hand Cream, a lipstick (currently Sportsgirl Pout About It Lipstick in Beauty Queen), and a spare hair tie and bobby pins. Note Pad and Pen I received this notepad many, many years ago from a family member, so I do not know where it is from. However, I do know some gorgeous little notepads that you can find: The pen is from Typo, a stationary shop that stocks the best stationary ever. Sunglasses These are my Rayban sunglasses that I love! They are the Clubmaster Classic style and can be found on the Rayban website or ASOS. And that is all! I hope you enjoyed! While you are at it, follow me on Instagram and Pinterest, they are my two current obsessions! Over the past couple of months, I am starting to take my blogging more seriously. I have never thought of it as a joke, but I am becoming more determined to improve the quality of my blog and reach a wider audience. If you would like to help me with this journey, it would be amazing if you could tell a friend about my blog or even just tweet about it, follow me on Instagram or on Twitter. Even doing something as simple as leaving a comment with some constructive criticism or ideas will help me bucket loads. I don't know if many people actually read this blog and follow it, but if you do, I hope you are enjoying. xxxx Emily
